Join the European Citizen Science Association for the second online members meet-up of 2024! This virtual networking event is exclusively for ECSA members, providing an opportunity to interact with the community, make new connections, and discuss the latest in citizen science – all in an informal environment. Come along with your tea, coffee, lunch or snacks, and feel free to join for the full time or dip in and out.
The event takes place 12:00 – 13:30 (CET) on 5th June, World Environment Day, with the theme ‘restore our planet with citizen science’. This year, World Environment Day is focusing on the pressing issues of land restoration, desertification and drought, with the campaign #GenerationRestoration. We will therefore dedicate some time to discuss environmental issues and what citizen science can do to help. However there will also, of course, be time for discussion around other topics, and casual chats.
